Kevin Endsley
Kevin Endsley has been playing volleyball since the 5th grade, and started playing club volleyball in the 7th grade. In high school, Endsley played Varsity for three years on one of the most elite boy's program at the high school level in the state of Wisconsin. In his three years as a varsity player, he won two state championships, all-state honors, and all-conference honors. He also was a member of the North Shore Milwaukee Volleyball Club. Their finishes at nationals were as follows, 9th, 2nd, 3rd, 15th, and 5th. Kevin was recruited directly out of high school by Stanford, BYU, UCSB, and other universities. He decided to not play his freshman year and stayed close to home. After a year of just playing college club ball for Marquette University, Endsley was recruited by Marv Dunphy to play at Pepperdine University. He played Libero from 2002-2005. During his tenure, they appeared in 2 final fours and in 2005 won the NCAA Division 1 Men's National Championship.
Endsley’s coaching career began during his freshman year of college. He coached a high school team as the head JV coach and Assistant Varsity coach. As JV coach, he recorded a games record of 56-1 and a match record of 28-0. Also, as the first assistant coach for the Boy’s Varsity team, the team went 26-4 and recorded their first ever State Championship in the school’s history. Kevin has coached club now for 6 years. He assistant coached North Shore Milwaukee Volleyball club 18-1s to two consecutive 2nd place finishes at the National Championship tournament. After Endsley permanently moved out west, he helped coach Seaside (San Diego) boy's volleyball club to multiple top 5 finishes. Last year, he gave the girl’s side of volleyball a try. Endsley assistant coached Louisville High School, where they made an appearance into the CIF tournament after competing in one of the toughest leagues in LA. He then took on the task of coaching a 16 year old girls team at the Elite Volleyball Club. He is hoping to bring the same continued success to the Offshore Waves Volleyball Club

Jeff Conover
Jeff coached the past three seasons at Cal State Northridge as the top assistant during which the team reached its first ever national #1 ranking, 3 All Americans, and the best record in program history.
A two-year member of the Northridge men's volleyball team, Conover played on two Matador MPSF Tournament squads in 2004 and 2005. In 2005, Northridge reached the semifinals of the MPSF Tournament before ultimately falling in four games at top-ranked Pepperdine. Conover finished the 2005 season with a team-high 1,346 assists which ranked ninth in the MPSF and 12th in the nation. Also in 2005, he was named Most Outstanding American Player at the Can-Am Challenge in Alberta, Canada. Conover wound up his two-year Matador career with 2,351 assists which ranks fifth on the Northridge career assists list.
In addition to his coaching duties at Northridge, Conover coached with the Sportshack Volleyball Club girls 12s squad in Beverly Hills, the Pacific Palisades boys 17s club team, SMBC boys 16s team, as well as coaching the past two summers on the AVP tour and this year the woman’s national beach team from Belgium which made their first ever Olympic appearance.
Born in San Diego, Calif., Conover was an all-league player in both volleyball and basketball at University of San Diego High School. He earned his associate of arts degree from San Diego's Grossmont Junior College in 2003. At Grossmont, he earned All-State honors in both 2002 and 2003. He earned his bachelor's degree in marketing from Northridge in 2006.
Jeff currently resides in Huntington Beach.
